Scope of Services

We provide consultancy and support services across visa, training, recruitment, PR/residency, and manpower/corporate categories.
All services are advisory in nature and delivered on a consultancy basis.
Service availability, eligibility, timelines, and documentation requirements may vary by country and case profile.

Consultancy and service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Government, embassy, and other third-party fees are separate and non-refundable.
A consultation fee may apply for appointment booking and is adjusted in total charges only when expressly committed.
Payments must be made only to official company banking channels.

Client information and documents are handled with strict confidentiality for service-processing purposes.
Data may be used for visa processing, recruitment, training enrollment, PR/residency processing, and related procedures.
Information may be shared only where required, including with embassies, immigration authorities, employers, training institutions, or government authorities.
Reasonable safeguards are maintained to protect data from unauthorized access or misuse.

Visa, PR, residency, and job outcomes are decided by authorities and employers, not by us.
We do not guarantee approvals, selections, or processing timelines.
We are not responsible for rejection, employer withdrawal, or policy changes by authorities.
Liability, where applicable, is limited to the service fee paid for consultancy.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction specified in the Terms & Conditions.
Where no separate written agreement exists, disputes are intended to be resolved under the courts in the stated city/state jurisdiction.
